This is a set of 10 seeds from Hangjiao Space Pepper #2 - Meteor. These were by far the most difficult of the space peppers to find seeds for! I searched the globe and finally a friend in the pepper lovers community was able to help me track them down! Hangjiao #2 is a good producer, with a sweet, delicious flavor I think any pepper lover will enjoy. Not too hot, but not mild either, these are an excellent addition to your pepper garden.

Hangjiao peppers have an incredible story that involves China sending seeds to space to expose them to space radiation in the hopes of speeding mutations for bigger yields, higher vitamin C content, and faster growing. 
I went on a quest starting in 2019 to find seeds for all 10 varieties and to grow them all in the winter and spring of 2021 in my indoor pepper garden. I had to source seeds from all over the world to make this possible but now that I have grown all 10 varieties and harvested seeds I am excited to make them available to pepper lovers to grow on their own!
