This is a set of 10 seeds from Hangjiao Space Pepper #10 - After Glow. This is the hottest of the hangjiao peppers! Very prolific plants produce buckets full of cayenne style peppers that pack a very sharp, spicy heat! Very similar to a Thai pepper in heat, these are great fresh, dried, in sauce, smoked, grilled, and any other way you want to eat them. Good flavor and great heat, a must-grow pepper for any heat lover.

Hangjiao peppers have an incredible story that involves China sending seeds to space to expose them to space radiation in the hopes of speeding mutations for bigger yields, higher vitamin C content, and faster growing. 
I went on a quest starting in 2019 to find seeds for all 10 varieties and to grow them all in the winter and spring of 2021 in my indoor pepper garden. I had to source seeds from all over the world to make this possible but now that I have grown all 10 varieties and harvested seeds I am excited to make them available to pepper lovers to grow on their own!
